2828 NE Tillamook St. Dolph Park, Portland

Portland Development Group (PDG) is planning an in-fill development at 2828 NE Tillamook St. PDG plans to move the existing house to the east and build a new 4,500 square foot structure in the current garden area that would be significantly out-of-scale with the character of the neighborhood. Concerned neighbors have appealed to PDG to discuss the project but have been totally rebuffed by the developer operating without permits. The purpose of this blog is to keep neighbors apprised.
